The defendant, referred to as ‘A’, is a smartphone application developer known for creating a streamlined food delivery service app, which allows users to expedite their orders. However, ‘A’ found himself in legal hot water when ‘X’, another delivery app developer, levied accusations that ‘A’s’ application was causing disruptions to the functionality of their own app. Consequently, these claims triggered a lawsuit, initiated by the prosecution, against ‘A’.
