Taejin Kim is a business lawyer specializing in corporate advisory, corporate civil and criminal matters, and international transactions. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate activities, including investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.

Drawing on his experience as a prosecutor (2007–2011), Mr. Kim has led the first ever search and seizure of a major corporation at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in a trade secret case. He also has extensive experience in international transactions, including coordinating between foreign-invested companies and Korean entities, and advising foreign CEOs on Korean law.
